I'm Jess, a product designer previously at Google, where I lead design efforts to improve user adoption of Google Ads within Merchant Center, and organized skill-share sessions for our design team.

In my experience at Workday and Later, I lead the introduction collaborative feature discovery processes among our product teams to facilitate early ideation between PM's, engineers, and designers. I delivered several design solutions from start to finish, including a two-sided creator marketplace, and the migration of the Later design system into a unified platform after a partner merger. My other experience includes designing data visualization interactions and leading UX research at Explo, as well as building UBC’s first design system.
